IABC Consultants SIG: Holding Steady When Everything Isn't

Geopolitical instability. Economic whiplash. Corporate layoffs, reorganizations, and AI reshaping how work gets done. In the middle of it, communication consultants are expected to be the steady ones—the people clients lean on when they can’t find their footing.

With election cycles underway across much of the world, Ellen Griley, founder of Equilibrious Communications, a trauma-informed employee communications consultancy based in Portland, Oregon, and the creator of the Internal Calms™ system, will share grounded, functional ways to keep doing meaningful work when the ground keeps shifting.
